One-on-One training programs are the most effective and result oriented way to train. Thomas will work with you to understand your exact fitness needs, develop an individualized program, motivate and supervise each workout.

 

One-on-one training is offered at various locations depending on your needs including fitness clubs, at home, and the outdoors. Contact for available slots. 

 

SCHEDULE OF SERVICES

           GROUP TRAINING

Train with two to six of your friends, colleagues, or coworkers to help keep each other accountable, have fun, and on track to being healthy and fit.

 

All fitness levels welcome! All exercises will be tailored to your individual fitness level. Meaning beginners can workout right alongside an advanced trainer. Fun for all! You are encouraged to train at your own pace.

 

Group trainings can be at gym, office, home, and anywhere outdoors. Please contact for available time slots.

 

 

           BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp classes are social, fun, and intense. Every class is different. Some classes will challenge you individually and others will require teamwork.

 

Classes are Tuesdays/Thursdays at 6:00 a.m. and Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. at Austin's Zilker Park.
